  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

1Season & Sear the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
