Ingredients

For the Potatoes:

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1Cook the Potatoes: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

2Sear the Steak: In the same skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes.

4Combine & Serve: Return the steak and potatoes to the pan. Toss everything in the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
