Bread and Butter Pudding with Croissants
Bread and Butter Pudding with Croissants

Bread and butter pudding with croissants is a variation of the traditional bread and butter pudding recipe, in which croissants are used in place of the bread. The croissants are typically cut into slices and layered with butter and a mixture of eggs, milk, sugar, and flavorings such as vanilla or cinnamon. The pudding is then baked until the croissants are golden brown and the custard is set. It is a delicious and rich dessert that combines the flaky texture of croissants with the creamy custard of traditional bread pudding.
