Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions garnish
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 5 cups frozen tater tots
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 slices cooked crumbled bacon
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning and 1 cup cheese.
3Transfer mixture to baking dish, spreading evenly.
4Sprinkle with half the bacon pieces.
5Arrange tater tots in even layer on top.
6Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, bake 10 minutes more.
7Top with remaining bacon and green onions before serving.
