  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut pork into bite-sized 1-inch cubes and roughly chop the onion.
  • Place pork and onions into a braiser, roasting pan, or large skillet with a lid. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and bake for 1 hour. Do not drain the juices from the pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix the diced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour sauce over pork and stir to coat well.
